Coursework: Cross-Cultural Crisis Management
This document includes a memo in which I explain the importance of an individualized crisis management plan for any international office on a university campus, followed by an outline of content to be included in an international crisis management plan.
Practicum: ISEP Study Abroad
This report outlines recommendations for good practice in student program evaluations. It was completed as the first part of a larger project to improve ISEP's pre- and post-departure program evaluations by aligning program goals with assessment methods to move beyond measuring student satisfaction.

This document is a PDF of a sample online re-entry module for study abroad returnees. It was completed as one part of a consulting project for ISEP Study Abroad with Kelsey Prima, a colleague from my program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies. It is the first piece of a larger re-entry program designed to help students critically reflect on their experiences abroad.
